FoundationDB is only as metadata store. Also, the database is the last thing you want to re-invent unless your business is explicitly building a db (even then it's best to re-use a db like all the postgresql forks that have existed)

There is no literature on carnivore, it's just people who eat more meat while still eating "normal" food. While carnivore is eating only meat. Your paper just said that you may have issues with blood lipids and stuff, there&#

1. It has the most nutrients that are absorb-able by the body. 2. You can live really well by only eating red meat (& fat). Think eating lamb everyday. 3. It is cheap enough. Some type of wild fish might be better but fish is expensive.

I disagree, I think red meat is healthy in all/most scenarios. What should be taxed is high carb, sweets, ultra processed.

It's not social media diet, it was invented to help children with epilepsy. The same diet works in other scenarios (diabetes 1 & 2, bipolar, schizophrenia, adhd are some examples). > https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/

The "longevity" aspect on both ends of the spectrum is very hard to really quantify to be honest. On keto/carnivore I see immediate results (weeks) that span over multiple years.

potatoes are high carb and no protein/fat, while foods should be high fat and low-to-medium protein (in keto diet that I do).

Yes, but you're just lucky, or still young, or aren't really measuring, or aren't optimizing. Which is fine. But it's not nice to tax other people's medicine.

You feel the same way buddy. We both have no ability to verify what we're saying and just choose who to listen to. At least I eat healthy compared to you (easily verifiable when you have a health issue like epilepsy or diabetes).

No, ground meat is good, it's also cheap. But in burgers you get bread, potatoes, seed oils, etc, which are all bad. Example: its extremely hard & rare to become or remain fat in keto/carnivore.

It doesn't work in all cases, no medicine does. But when it does it works better than meds (more effect, less side effects). It has worked for 100 years in epilepsy. I dont see why it has to stop working.

The beef is not the source of this. Ruminant meat is the best food there is for humans. (i eat daily as part of ketovore diet)

What happens is you lose carb tolerance if you don't take them regularly. I had really high carb tolerance but doing keto for many years has plummeted it and I'm very sensitive now (can still train it). Another example doing keto

Um, no ? Ketones come from fat burning, not muscle. In T1D with no insulin, muscle break down from gluconesis will increase blood sugar in the blood even more. The absence of insulin also makes ketone production unrestricted, so you end up

Diabetic ketoacidosis only happens in T1D, or when you have something extremely wrong going on metabolically (like failing organs, etc). Normally it should never happen. It happens at ketones like ~10+ mmol, and it's ~impossible to go

Metabolic psychiatry is rising, though very slowly. You do "epilepsy keto diet", and may work in bipolar/schizophrenia (need GKI 1-2, it's not keto for weight loss). But you don't need the continuous monitor, normal

It is called "zero copy" in clickhouse land. That feature, is becoming central for an OLAP db, even a free/open-source one.

Clickhouse is *really* gatekeeping the "zero copy replication" where you store data on object-storage and have high availability from the open source version.

What is your idea on monetizing it? Besides Timescale the other providers have found issue on monetization AFAIK. And they all restrict the S3 offloading for Enterprise accounts.

It's worse. Most/All of the development is done by subcontractors who also get apartments/villas instead of plain cash for their work. So you will do plumbing on 10 villas and for your work get 20% cash + 1 apartment that you
