Just a heads up, the EcoBee doesn’t use a CO2 sensor, it just guesses what the value is. I have the same thermostat and was getting wildly different readings than my more expensive AirThings View Plus. Checked the EcoBee support website[1]

I was in the overeating column (4000+ calories a day, no sugar drinks) and going into month 3 I am fighting to hit 1500 every day except the day before shot day and shot day. YMMV of course, but it is very effective for me so far.
