Yes. I'm still recovering (in year 5 of therapy) but notice a night and day difference in my capacity to focus and be present and alert. > Talk therapy has done little. I honestly don't think recovery from trauma can be achieve

I'd argue that this is more of a subjective terrible-ness. Technically, this song more skillfully crafted than a lot of pop music today. Even on a basic level, no auto-tune = you actually need to be able to sing (to some degree).

While I mostly agree, ayahuasca is particularly good at helping you (sometimes forcing you) to work through stress and trauma, and helping you fix things. It allows you to observe your memories (in vivid detail) as a third party and guides
