I don't think it hallucinates very much. If a customer asks a question that is answerable based on documents you uploaded, it will find the answer! I am working on a playground to showcase the RAG.

I plan on implementing a monthly subscription in the future. A free tier and a pair tier for once a chatbot reaches >X monthly chats. I’d like to fix some bugs + add features while I get some users and then implement payments.
