This was the same issue I ran into after signing up. Each notification "type" required a separate unsub link to disable, and there was no visibility on when it will stop sending me emails.

I recommend blocking all social media on your desktop browser. I use StayFocused [0] to help me do that. On mobile, turn off all non-human notifications and alerts. Sundays are the most productive for me. I use a weekly checklist on Taskade

I do wish Wunderlist will add more calendar integration, it is more useful for repeated or short-term goals for me. Basecamp works well for team collaboration, but it is getting quite busy UX wise. For long term goals and planning, I prefer

Have you tried playing around with the notification settings, or simply turning notifications off? I find Slack to be distracting in certain channels, or groups that you may join, but there are many ways to manage it to optimize for product

That is the same problem I have with most of the list making apps, but for web, at least Taskcade ( https://www.taskcade.com ) does the job for me, while feeling somewhat natural typing on it.
