Personally for ToDo Lists and Tasks I use Taskade [1] which let's you organize structured docs into different project workspaces and makes it easy to track. For more visual tasks and organization, I've been playing around with Mural [2] and it gets the job done but can get chaotic. Both are cross platform which makes it easy to collaborate on.
