Yeah, that sounds like a wild shift! In my teens I used to be nocturnal and loved the quiet. Nocturnal living definitely takes its toll though. The body needs sunlight. I hope you're able to find a pattern that works well for you! Mayb

Yeah, exactly. Their whole thing is to get ~30 days ahead, too. I think 60–90 days would be a better hook and almost guarantee an "ah ha" moment. Everyone I've spoken to that's had YANB "click" was in that time
