Ehhh in my experience compliance auditors are 10 behind the cutting edge. I still see auditors that don't understand Kubernetes and so ask the same questions they would about on prem machines. They don't know the questions to ask

yeah came here to say that. Leg lab was doing robotic locomotion in the 80s Leg Lab evolved into Boston Dynamics, which have been (and maybe continue to be) the leader in real bipedal walking.

Either you trust AI or you don't? If you don't trust it then you need to review what it's writing. Docker seems like a pretty low complexity way to create an isolated environment to run automation.

I've always thought that there should be mutability of objects within the function that created them, but immutability once the object is returned. Ultimately one of the major goals of immutability is isolation of side effects.

I worked on tooling for a fairly large JDK based monorepo using vanilla gradle + some custom tooling. It worked well until we acquired companies and became more polyglot. If I were doing it again today I'd probably go with Bazel
