I’d say the non-technically inclined groups of people do not care. Instead of privacy being dead there will always be a corner of the population that does not care. That is okay, let them be the fuel for the corpo machine.

Plasma has given me everything I could need. For 80% of people that’s going to be a web browser. Outside of that I had no problems migrating my work flows to Linux native apps. There are plenty.

I agree, Pine64 is essentially waiting on other entities to carry this work, like Purism for example. They should at least have someone supporting software even if it only increases the rate to a drip.
