Debugging? If you could write to disk and suddenly can't.. you are out of diskspace. If you can't tab complete you are out of diskspace. Migrating for additional storage? Why not add additional storage..

Amazon doesn't belong on the list because it's a limited trial one year. Plus if you go over the limits you are charged. You can game some free resources over the trial period if you are careful. Not the best for set and forget.

Docker doesn't run on windows 10 without virtualization enabled in the bios. The computer a purchased last year didn't have support for this feature and there is no way to run docker.
