A big issue with non-remote is access to opportunities. A lot of organizations don't have offices everywhere, and I having to relocate every time there's a job change is absurd.

To be fair, it wasn't 6%. The consumer basket gets manipulated in all sorts of ways, but in general it's just not an accurate representation of day to day impact. Food and housing went up much much higher than 6%.

I'd recommend git-spice, it's very easy to use and powerful, and of course open-source. I've tried graphite but found that they made it too convoluted for what it is.
