- 0xy 1mo agoThe insurance companies had substantial input to the specific text of the ACA. I'm not sure how you can imply the ACA was not a BigCorp bill when BigCorp wrote it. It's also well known from leaks that the first Obama administration selected his cabinet using recommendations from Citigroup.
