That's true. It doesn't exactly "compile to Objective C." But it's an easy way for people to understand the basic concept. The performance is much closer to full native than full HTML5.

We didn't specifically look at appMobi, but as far as I know Titanium is the only (relatively mature) framework that compiles to native Obj C, and is not just a wrapper for HTML5. The performance difference is enormous.

There's actually a checkbox that says "Share this on my Facebook wall". You can also just not give RAVN permission to post on your wall when you first sign up (in the Facebook authorization dialog).
