Eisenhower box is immensely helpful. Some amount of intuition. Unblocking the team is always important and urgent. Staying up to date is hard. HN, LI, the Rundown email, and a private tech execs group on WhatsApp are primary sources.

Nope, not a surprise. I've been doing cloud for a while. What I've never experienced from a cloud provider is a denial at creating infrastructure and told to use a different region.
