I suspect MS is working on some sort of common browser layer for Electron apps on Windows. Their primary reasoning for picking V8 for Edge was that node, electron etc were built on V8. We haven’t seen anything specific to those environments

If not creating documentation is leading to bad PR why doesn’t MS just create the documentation instead? Occam’s razor would suggest it’s because accurate documentation would create worse PR. That’s not reassuring at all.
