Wouldn't it be simpler to implement an Mobile device management app / overlay that restricts all actions but the select few. Phone calls / SMS to 5 numbers Clock enforce GPS on until battery is less than 20 No smart phone fun

It wasn't even that expensive. Ada security audit from tekta in Spain was under 4k. There's nothing like a racket here. The list of certification agencies goes from KPMG at top end to smaller companies.

Casa approval is a necessary step, we have gone through that for one of our apps approval that requires Google drive write access. Yes you are essentially asking users to give a whole lot of information because giving access to Google drive
