Vast majority of the "copies" that Apple is accusing Samsung of doing in the exhibits Apple has shown so far are in the UI. I do not think Apple has grounds in accusing Samsung of Hardware "copying". Design is nothing but organised copying

mute ambient videos, play series of videos (playlists), image alternate for touch devices. These are not available out of the box on Tubular.

BigVideo.js would be a FAR better alternative; if you can just fix the browser compatibility issues :)

a better, more compatible alternative would be: http://www.seanmccambridge.com/tubular/ upload your video to youtube, and use Tubular to serve it. +save bandwidth or modify the JS to use an flv swf on your server.

this is a generic windows issue. usually noticed by users who switch over to it after using a mac for a while. lets just say font-aliasing is not one of windows strengths.

Too little, too late? While Microsoft fantasizing about an ecosystem to thrive on; there are plenty others that have an established footing and beyond. I have already put down my WP7 phone, not pleased that I cant upgrade to WP8. I am sure
