Not entirely true. Once you're at a reasonable strength level simply switching muscle groups will not provide adequate rest for your CNS to perform your sets optimally.

With all the artificial flavoring, there can end up being very little nutrients in the food. So if you're always having sweet but very low nutritional/caloric foods, there's a chance your body will subconsciously learn this.

An Index fund can refer to one of the many many different types of weighted/diverse indexes that exist. Dumping all your money into an ASX200 Index Fund is a lot different to putting it all into Vanguards Total World Stock fund.
