As long as your DNS settings are correct when it's transferred, you won't have a problem. Most registrars and DNS providers also have a checkbox to auto fill out Google Apps details. I know name.com and PowerDNS do.

I noticed this yesterday at work (who use Etisalat). I emailed then, trying to explain the usual content of HN. Back at home though (on Du), it's not blocked. I suspect it is just an automatic block, but we'll see.
