True. I maintain a Windows virtual machine on Linux just to be able to use banking sites that require Java. the sites don't seem to ever work on Linux, even with the proprietary Java libraries installed.

One thing I have noticed is a delay in tab completion with the `git checkout` command. In my plain gnome-terminal with git it would instantly autocomplete when I pressed tab.

I would have the same challenge - TinyMCE gives me a way to link to other pages (the list of other pages is generated by a script). I wonder how you could add such help on top of a Markdown editor.
