Nice! Too much vim in my browser at once. Vimium didn't like interacting with the window, and interpreted my typing with a back-button action.

  Pentadactyl (Firefox) has a "Pass Through" mode (ctrl-z) for this reason.

    but it does not interact nicely anyway. try to use esc to break out of something. (ctrl-] does not work either as it is (rightly so) also captured by pentadactyl.)
