Tiller ( https://www.tillerhq.com/ ) does exactly this. You can dump the data into Google Sheets or into Excel.

While I can understand not wanting to create a Google account (even just to use as a login), my understanding is that if you use Tiller via Excel, Google will not have access to any of your financial data.

I'm not from Germany, but I did notice that they changed the color for the German site. My comparison is to the American site.

Having worked many years both with ORMs and with "old-school" devs slinging raw SQL strings and everything in between, I've come to the conclusion that "ORMs don't kill [performance], people do". :)

Yup. GP is definitely exaggerating how likely it is, although his larger point that in this era, working in the game industry is an explicit choice, because there lots of other options out there for devs, that point still stands IMHO!
