We need more EQ (emotional intelligence) in our UI design. This is an area that AI will be unlikely to solve. Designing a SAAS that can motivate and relax and not manipulate or stress requires a particular human wisdom.

Google Takeout is good insurance. I backup my full google dataset every 6 months or so. When Google AI blocks an account, why don't they offer a window of using Google Takeout to get a .zip of all their stuff?

I was involved in the Gnome project with fond memories from 1999-2004. I'm amazed to see Matthias Clasen still involved 20 years later. This guy is a hero! True he is paid by Red Hat. But the Linux desktop needs people like this. More

I used this while working in IT support. If I responded immediately people never figured stuff out. I pushed it too far and the CEO threw a temper tantrum in my doorway. Only use this technique on lower staff levels. :)
