I did this exact thing for a client last week. No need for another computer I just downloaded the installer from the app store and run it as normal. Maybe they have tweaked things.

There are only a few bolts holding the back end onto the safety cell. It's designed to detach in a really big crash so that it doesn't impact on the safety cell if possible.

It's the capacity that is the issue. Testing labs all over the world, are running far above capacity already. It's not something that can be scaled up overnight either.

Yeah, most of our amazon parcels are delivered directly by them to us. I order a load of amazon parcels, usually 3-4 a week minimum and they are ok. They started out terribly, but Amazon seems to have got their head round it nowadays.

Market share is irrelevant to apple. Market share can be bought if you throw enough money at it (See Microsoft's and Nokia's attempts). As the only people making money from mobile is Samsung and Apple I doubt apple care about market share

I don't know, the nexus is attracting a lot of apple users. I for one have only got apple devices in the house. The nexus 7 is the sole exception to this.
