i mean sure its not quite 512gb levels but you can get 128gb on a ryzen AI max chipset which has unified memory like apple, theyre also pretty reasonably priced, i saw an AI max 370 with 96gb on amazon earlier for a shade over £1000, guess

nothing legal, however if youre willing to bend the rules a little then there are some options available: Amphetamines (adderall/vyvanse/amfexa etc): these will easily clear the fog from lack of sleep, the downside being theyre ex

Plex or a similar service would potentially meet your needs however im not sure if it supports google music, they do have tidal integration and ive used it to stream my own self hosted flac files back when i had unlimited data and it worked

i thought we had already basically written off HCQ as a viable treatment and it seems odd that an antibiotic like azithromycin would be in any way effective against a virus but i guess im not a biochemist so i cant say these things for sure
