I'm super happy with it. The perf are great. 2 big drawbacks: the plastic is super fragile and you will need an external microphone (or your coworkers will complain about fan noises)

Yes, the lack of knowledge is definitively one of the issue. But starting a "gather requirements - write software - deliver it" lifecycle because you are confident that you have all the knowledge is one as well.
