Have you been doing the commute lately? All the routes are bad, it’s just a question of bad or worse. I have to make the drive sometimes and it typically takes 40 min or so just to north Seattle.

With the I-5 construction an hour is 100% believable. Just did a quick check and the Shoreline Costco to Pike Place at 9 on a Tuesday morning is 35m-65m according to Google Maps.

Turning $10 billion into $45 billion over 10 years isn't really that incredible. That's less growth than Comcast has had over the same period. Which most would not consider a dynamic incredible stock.
