The docs say that CLAUDE_CODE_EFFORT_LEVEL controls adaptive reasoning intensity, and CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_ADAPTIVE_THINKING bypasses that entirely in favor of a fixed budget via MAX_THINKING_TOKENS. So setting both is contradictory. If true

Sorry about the naming confusion :) 2% is something we re-evaluate often here at Celery in the continued effort to price fairly. The Celery fees are only charged when the orders are charged so for delayed pre-orders a merchant could be set
