Thanks for the info! I’m taking 400mg - 800mg magnesium daily, recently added K2 (100 mcg MK-4) together with 2000 or 3000 IU D3. What would you change? Get my blood levels first and then increase D3? Increase my magnesium supplementation?

WSJ estimates this deal to be worth more than $100M. I hope Joe Rogan has a plan for how to invest a good chunk of this for greater good. IMHO this kind of sum comes with a responsibility to do something with it that goes beyond your family

I wonder how this affects teams at Apple. From what I heard before, some teams are already on crunch time before WWDC to bring whatever they’re working on into a state that you can ship as a beta.

Yes. Pure speculation, but lack of sleep might have been a factor in relatively young doctors in Wuhan dying from the virus. And quantity of viral matter might also be an important factor.

Diesel cars. Seems like you haven’t been to the UK or Europe. The London busses and cabs are really bad. Plus all the other diesel cars with NOx emissions way past the legal limits.

The current democratic structure clearly doesn't work here. Western democracies are starting to look more and more inefficient these days. They're overwhelmed with complexity and are stuck on short-term egoism.

One of the less obvious reasons why Electron has become so widely used is that Apple hasn’t invested anything meaningful into improving AppKit in the last 5-10 years. If Cocoa was a joy to use I’m sure there would be more native apps.

I also had an incident where they sided with the host and refused me a refund. That was quite a surprise and the way they handled it had a strong taste of they decide by numbers and then it's a brick wall and they'll just coat it

that's good to know! Then the difference shouldn't be that big on Retina displays. I just compared on High Sierra and it's mostly that without subpixel AA types look thinner
