Not always, but I noticed I often find I write my comments first on what I want to achieve like a sort of psuedocode in a very high level. Then under each one-line comment I'd write the code that does what's written.

I recently tried this and was able to change the address of only the last few characters, it wouldn't let me change the address entirely. I just suspected it just had a check on the first bytes of the address to be sure it was a valid
