Nobody was forcing him to use the feature if he knew it wasn’t working as intended on that particular stretch of road. My issue with your statements are you’re shifting 110% of the blame to Tesla when that isn’t remotely the case.

When I see a delivery coming from Amazon I know I won’t get it until 5-6PM or even later. UPS or FedEx have found a way to get it here by 10AM. It often results in delivery delays as well, FedEx and UPS deliveries for Amazon orders are rare
