The housing market is a bit broken: either expensive private housing or affordable publicly managed one, but very hard to get. People often cannot relocate. Big debt. Security, with addicted errands in some districts.

Interesting product. We would use that as a backoffice that would be self hosted, fetching from and pushing to backend APIs. Is that use case on your roadmap? Basically an alternative to Google sheet with JS macros in it. Gsheet is no good

For private medical communication, one should not use Google services. Those are just incompatible. I'd say the same for communication in general, if possible, but using Android without Google is difficult for the average user.
