Again, this would be the Legislative branch. Your right to vote has not decreased, and you can absolutely contact your senator to introduce a bill for what you stated. I mean, you have a representative. Absolutely use them if you dislike so

That part is fairly easy to understand with a few google searches. Journalism programs are at a loss across the country and have been in decline for some time. When a university program is not profitable they close the program. Low wages, l

Political games like this guy is playing drive me crazy, and then people believe him and don’t do any research. This guy has a U.S. green card. The letter from USCIS (immigration) is because he previously had a travel visa in his passport

Highly relevant as it makes your point mute. The highest quality of talent is already not being brought in. A very specific pool of people are, and not for reasons of talent.

If companies were looking for talent, 80% of H1B’s wouldn’t be from India, but from a much more diverse set of countries. The fact is that India culture is much more so subservient, willing to work more for less pay, won’t unionize, don’t f

So..a 401k At least the 401k is pre-tax. This on the other hand is taxed on both ends. Maybe I am missing something, but I really don’t see the upside.

How is this different than owning a house or a condo? A house you still pay property tax on the land. A condo you still pay an association fee. Both of which generally go up continually every year. This is also not a surprise that they don

Many people don’t understand that insurance companies only make an 8-12% margin. Since each state requires all insurance companies to gain pricing approval to sell in their state (Filings), if healthcare costs go up within a given year the

“They would keep their pay and benefits but wouldn't be entitled to bonuses” I fail to see the issue here. The employee’s would continue to receive pay for up to 4 yrs to keep the non-compete.

“They would keep their pay and benefits but wouldn't be entitled to bonuses” This seems like a win for both sides. Employee’s would still be paid for keeping the non-compete.

China also has a gestapo style immigration policy. I don’t disagree with you. Leaders in this country have made a mockery of our immigration policy and something needs to be done to fix it.

Again…I don’t see the argument. There are already laws at federal and state levels..in every state. Are you saying that while a company would be responsible (current laws), an employee should not because of free speech?? (proposed law)

I think you may be missing the point here. There is already laws in the books at the federal and state levels. The law in question defines who is responsible based upon current laws.

The would be a combination of congress and state legislation. You can’t distribute porn to minors for example..try in any state and see what happens. Regardless, this bill isn’t around speech, it’s who is responsible based upon current laws

How is this any different than the prior censoring? I’ve been a big proponent with many of the changes, but you either censor or you don’t. Physical safety is one thing, legalities are another, but preventing hurtful speech IS censorship.
