I'm reading the book called unconditional parenting and it teaches a lot of this. It has an amazing effect on my 4 year old. You just literally tell them stuff and ask stuff like you would a friend or another adult. It works great.

Only thing anyone can do is go to a shoe store, buy some running shoes and start running like 5 to 10 miles a week. Lay out in the sun and start eating healthier. If you can't run just walk. Play basketball, play soccer whatever.

Completely agree. Although the data doesn't show african american's are killed at a higher rate(in fact it shows the opposite) it does show that they are discriminated against at a higher rate. Pulled over more, etc.
