Tried it out - tested on a few bits of text and it reads 1 sentence then goes non-responsive and pegs a cpu core to 100%. It doesn't crash so I don't have opportunity to report. I have to force quit the app manually.

I experience the same. M5 Pro MBP, 64gb RAM. If I click "skip" on the wizard, it gets 1 screen further then crashes with no feedback on next interaction.

I haven't had luck with mouse, but you can actually connect a bluetooth keyboard to the Apple TV. I use a little handheld unit from Rii and it works great. For mouse, if you have an iOS device you can use the "Remote" widget

I’ve disabled iCloud and use the PhotoSync app to move photos and videos from my phone to a file structure on my NAS, which Immich reads as an external library. Stable for over a year now - very happy with it.

Yes, for ~7 years now the Files app has existed. Sandboxing is still a thing. Möbius Sync and Synctrain are the options for Syncthing. Both work, neither are official (nor is the currently-maintained Syncthing fork for Android).

When I look at this data, I see the type of self driving in use, as well as the written narrative of every crash, along with several other fields as REDACTED FOR BUSINESS REASONS, only for Tesla vehicles, where every other manufacturer seem

The Yattee client for Invidious works great on iOS, or the Vinegar/Baking Soda browser extensions that replace the YouTube player with a basic (ad-free) HTML5 player work also.

A selfhosted instance of this, combined with Yattee https://github.com/yattee/yattee as a client on iOS and tvOS is a pretty decent way to consume YT subscriptions with minimal exposure to algorithm and ads.
