private is not the same as private equity which typically means an external manager is extracting as much from the business as they can. Its often at the expense of longer term growth too.

Paying taxes absolutely increases CO2 consumption because you are enabling the US military to conduct wasteful operations around the world. We should pay less taxes because the government is extremely wasteful and polluting overall.
