What makes you think mangers don't suffer from the same thing. Managers are also highly educated often more so(MBAs etc) etc except they will be trying to employ fancy management rather than fancy algorithms.

I don't understand how someone can not understand pointers and recursion. There are very intuitive, you have to probably have to study bits of math which is more unintuitive to get on computer science in the first place.

Yep, I've seen affiliate traffic go for stupid prices, were they could not possibly be making money on it. I've seen websites set up, just for the purpose of earning money of affiliates.
