Exactly, data of incidents never makes it to the insurance company in the first place. They only get like monthly stats of your general driving skills - just had a look in the contract, it's just a single percent value that they get. B

There's far too many blurred houses on Google Maps in Germany, often because a single tenant opted-out. It's the 21st century equivalent of hiding under the blanket to protect from the evil spirits.
