Kubernetes isn't that complicated, it's distributed computing that is complicated. Kubernetes makes it as simple as it can be without oversimplifying it.

Heh, my corp locks down the edge updates and bundles them with the OS updates. Edge is going to be vulnerable to this one for months maybe a year longer that chrome.

With nx, If you have a package that is imported into another can you have nodemon rebuild just the imported package? I have a heavy handed fix for yarn workspaces but it is hacky. I'd prefer a better solution if nx can do that.

I don't think it's as bad as that. You can still create a local account and login to your PC without a callback to Microsoft.

a defense of temporary insanity seems reasonable to me. Otherwise they're going to have to establish another motive. And I bet any other motive will still have a reasonable doubt.

Someone that can take something confusing they've written and then refactor it into something easy to read and modify is better than most compsci skills. Because that person can usually suffer through hours of googling to find a math

I wonder how the author would feel about the low code solutions that are catching on in enterprises. For example outsystems seems to be changing how programming works while letting people use languages they are familiar with.

I've never been able to articulate why I got good at coding when I was very young. Growing up in a chaotic household coding gave me an area of life that I could control. This seems obvious to me now.

If they just took a popular game and used the engine like skyrim, fallout, gears, halo, etc. Just pump out more of the same. Using new maps. Keep the same enemies even. I'd buy it, a lot of people would. Why are they leaving money

BUT, an average developer is better than a developer who just puts in their 8 hours a day and never learns new skills. The people who you make a point to address an issue with and then a few weeks later you see they created the same issue
