That may very well be the case. Companies tend to put all sorts of things into contracts that courts would never enforce. It pays because people believe the contract is valid and abide by it.

There is no such "proper" cookware. This isn't rocket science. These reactions take a certain amount of time that you can't change a whole lot because you need to stay within certain parameters, like thickness and heat.

The "layer of deceit" is that they claim you can do something in a particular way within a certain time frame and that this is not actually possible. And cook books aren't written by editors.

1. I've seen lots of recipes that mention if describe caramelization and not one has mentioned baking soda so it's besides the point. 2. None of them will ever list baking soda because it will affect the taste in a horrible way.

Can anyone explain how Tesla can be valued so high? They're valued twice as high as Toyota at around 1/12 the profits of Toyota. P/E is almost 600 so they'd have to overtake Toyota's profits by a significant margin
