You can and it is good. Had to a couple of times the last couple of years and every single time the support was stellar. Not just did the first person on the phone know what s/he was doing, they went to lengths to verify my credentials

Nobody commenting on the (lack of) formatting? I mean, I know we techies love plain and simple markup but this looks like taking a piss at the readers. The content is not that great and the plain text does nothing to make it feel technical

Pen & paper. It helps me getting away from the drive to 'just give it a shot' and forces me to work so much more structured. I still love to doodle with a pen and different color markers and it allows me to have it permanently
