Unions just for existing do not get special protections. Contracts and rights are agreed to by both parties. The processes involved in the firing of employees is black and white. Whatever the company agreed to is the rules.

Easier way is to put a cap on how much you make. Let’s say 70k. Make more you don’t get the exemption prevents the rich from gaming the system. Also define tips by industry. Service sector. End of story.

This would break the trust in voting. People want to know how someone voted if they can lie to their constituents on how they voted we will lose faith in democracy. Ban lobbying is the solution.

Your understanding of how policing works is pretty flawed. Cops need warrants to go into any apartment. Also just because someone ran into an apt complex does not mean they live there. You need more probable cause to justify a warrant. W

I work in a major city and not once have I come across a violent crime using a 3D printed part. Most firearms used are stolen in the areas we have homicides. This legislation doesn’t make sense.

You never assume a claim as just real. You take the approach of a skeptic and attain all information before coming to a factual conclusion. If no conclusion is reached it is put in the pile of I don’t know.
