From the article and comments, I'm assuming this will operate similarly to how Windows makes it slightly harder to run applications that aren't signed by a known trusted source. If so, I don't have a problem with that.

I'm glad that so far there haven't been any reported injuries, and I'd rather have ship hijackings than missiles or car bombs. Hopefully this is the extent of the retaliation, but who knows.

I agree with this. I intentionally buy switches not bulbs or more complex gear. Then you plug your dirt cheap LED dumb bulb into the lamp and have it turn on and off with your voice. Much cheaper to replace when the bulb eventually burns to

Probably a Design-Build bid, based on how other large infra has worked here in Seattle (See: Hw 99 Tunnel). It appears the 4/20 work with smaller planes, so merely may not have been need until now. Local reporting has a few other issue

My understanding is they took much smaller samples of blood which lead to lots of reproducibility problems. The standard machines they were using were being fed with up-sampled blood because Theranos didn't have the normal sample size.
