I'm looking for a good Django tutorial that includes examples of developing with BDD and TDD. The way I learned Rails included RSpec and Cucumber, and that made a huge difference.

I agree that it's a niche market. I remember not getting an iPhone forever ago because I didn't want to switch to AT&T. Because I am on T-Mobile, this phone looks amazing.

Are you suggesting those articles / models contradict each other? They look pretty similar - one is just bumpier than the other.

Reason why Google is no Microsoft monopoly: no copyright enforcement. Microsoft depended on the government's ability to help enforce copyright protection, thus the government sponsored its monopoly. If Google went off suing all its users th

Obviously, you didn't look at all the designs Apple claims are copies. Unless you believe Apple invented the mobile phone, I don't think you can just claim that this isn't preventing innovation.

So, who's next? Gestures seems pretty common on most mobile devices, and I'm guessing this opens the door for Apple to be able to sue them all, right?

I'm still confused how employers could ever justify doing this. Do they ever explain what they're looking for?

Redefinition of "property" is extremely important. Start with the fact that pirates don't steal - they infringe copyright.

You say that like it's a problem. Look at it this way: Does Ubuntu or OS X suffer from being pirated? Not really. Windows needs to figure this out for themselves.

Monopoly is a problem. It comes to a point when they're spending more time and money on litigating other people's businesses than advancing their own technology that everyone is forced to use.

Taking down Facebook would be pointless. How else will people talk about SOPA? I think disabling features with a heavy theme of "SOPA will change the internet" will get a lot of discussion / attention on Facebook.

Whatever, Javascript is the easiest language to get started on. No installing a complicated IDE. No configuring a server. Nothing is required except for a browser! If anything, it's the best language for such purposes: getting started.
