Exactly this. I use SN but I'm always looking for an alternative. The mobile apps are very buggy and while the team tries to resolve issues, basic things should not be breaking occasionally. I want a notes app to just work.

Exactly. I have never had issues with small businesses (not large chains). I bought a DAC from an audio store that was the wrong one and the other replaced it for free for me and gave me a free mini-lesson on it.

Counterfeits is what pushed me over the edge. I just could not trust that the product I'll get is what I paid for. Ended up cancelling my account and never looked back. Been shopping locally as much as possible since last summer
