Motorcycles, not motor vehicles. Lots of cars and trucks go both ways across the border. Motorcycles is a lot smaller trade, mostly done by Bombardier: those three wheeles bikes popular with seniors. Trump hates Bombardier, they had the temerity to compete with Boeing.
- dghlsakjg 8d agoBRP is no longer associated with Bombardier. Although I don’t think for a second that the Trump administration isn’t incapable of that error I suspect these are actually strategically targeted. These tariffs are counter to the Canadian tariffs on Harley and Indian if I had to guess.
