- notpushkin 1y ago“TLS” is also used in a bunch of places already, too. Updating config file formats and function signatures will be a PITA.
- MBCook 1y agoI would like to see it called SSL again, but agree the cure would be worse than the disease.
- ekr____ 1y agoThere's really not much chance of that, given that the protocol is maintained by the IETF TLS Working Group.
