There are US manufacturers. I have a Tesla PW3 made in the U.S. and it includes solar charge controllers, batteries and inverter. Pretty competitive too.

- 10u152 2y agoIt is at the moment as it’s doing energy arbitrage and needs to know the current energy prices.I believe you also get more warranty if you have it connected to the internet as they can fix bugs etc remotely. But the PW isn’t mission critical. I also have an off grid cabin with a Victron inverter that is not on the Internet and never will be.
