One reason why we made http://brokenbrokers.com/ http://brokenbrokers.com/ is because brokers are so unreliable. Nearly once a week, outages prevent individuals from trading DURING TRADING HOURS.
In one poll conducted in the FinTwit community, about 70% of individuals said they could not trade because of an outage at some point. Wild.
We're hoping to bring light to this issue, and hold brokers responsible.

- brokenbrokers 5y agoYes, it is crowdsourced and some jerk went an submitted down clicks on everything. Sorry about that. It has been fixed.
- urda 5y agoYou have a really bad sales pitch when you build a site that claims to track brokers being broken, and your entire site is broken. Might want to polish this up a bit first mate.
- gruez 5y agoWell they said it was "crowdsourced", so my guess is that some joker went and marked every site as down.
- urda 5y agoSo now they have both a broken product AND a product with features that are abuseable with no restrictions / control by their site administration? This keeps getting worse! This is as useful as a rock on a string telling me the weather.

- brokenbrokers 5y agoWe're aware of this, and it is an easy fix that we have in place. However, we don't have tons of users at the moment, and we don't assume people are jack**es.
