my suspicion would be that more equitable wealth distribution would make housing even more expensive in some scenarious even taxing third homes could ultimately reduce the supply of housing a land value tax on the other hand...

the ddl that creates the views/tables/triggers that replace the "idempotent code" should also be idempotent so you should be able to roll it back without rolling back any data actually i wrote a couple tables/stored

in an ideal world the code is the best, first, and foremost specification of the requirements. you should be able to parse the abstract syntax tree and just look at top level definitions to get a good overview.
